How can I report an inappropriate comment?
Every user can deactivate any comment until the moderators deal with it. Just click the bin icon in the bottom right corner, fill in a short form and confirm the email address where a statement on how the moderators dealt with the comment will be sent. The processing of such a request usually takes 1-2 weeks.

I used to get bulk calls from this number. I later came to know that the company behind these calls is Simply Outbound and that they have also provided a grievance cell number in case you do not wish to be contacted by them. I contacted the grievance cell and told them to stop calling me. The person who picked up the phone listened to my problems patiently and then assured me that they will never bother me for any kind of survey. True to their promise, any agent from Simply Outbound has not called me up since then.

I was getting about 3 calls a day from this number and was so annoyed that I stopped picking up calls from unknown numbers. But then I saw in this site that this caller, which turns out to be a survey company, has a grievance cell number. I called them up and politely asked to stop calling me. They patiently listened to my woes and assured me that I won’t receive any further calls from them. A week has passed since and I haven’t got a single call. It’s not that I miss them, but good work!

I was getting calls from this number for quite some time now. I wanted the calls to stop at any cost. Therefore, I called the grievance cell number provided by the company to put an end to this. They promptly took action and I have not received a single call from them. At first I thought this might be a scam. But turns out it is a legitimate UK-based company doing lifestyle survey. I see no threat here.

Got a survey call from this number. The agent was polite and cordial. After the completion of survey they thanked me properly.I saw no threat in attending this call.

I would like to say thanks to Simply Outbound for their prompt response and action. I used to get 4 calls a day from this number. But after I called their grievance cell and told them that I do not wish to be a part of their survey and don’t want any more calls, they happily obliged.

These calls were getting on my nerves. So I called their grievance cell number which I found on the web and they promised me to not call again. It actually worked. I did not get a single call in a week. Thanks Simply Outbound!

I was getting calls from this number for past 3 weeks. I wanted this to stop. Recently I found a post online that claimed to be the caller and promised to stop this serial calling if I called a number and provided them with necessary details. I did exactly that and believe it or not, the calling has actually stopped. Thanks Simply Outbound.
