How can I report an inappropriate comment?

Pre recorded unsolicited cold call from English accented male, Claim for Personal Injury , Haden Injury , due thousands in compensation.
Played along and passed through to an Indian call centre, the lady used anglocised name Susan. Said other bogus names / departments ,such as, Accident and Compensation scheme, Injury Support for accident claims, was evasive about giving company name or details , admited they were Indian call centre marketing for a panel of solicitors.
Said they followed DPA rules. This is untrue a the call activity is a breach of Regulatory rules ICO, data protection (DPA) and Solicitor SRA rules. report it to the ICO.
