Is API available?

got a call at 22.35 on the 16.32013,sounded like i was put on loudspeaker,but could hear my own voice,then at 22.39 a call came from an unknown number,same thing happened,then at 22.40 i get another call from a +9131886307,same thing happened,could hear my own voice,then they hang up,bloody freaked me out..
