Totally bizarre. The English on the message left is poorly constructed and although it sounds like English is a second language for the speaker, I detected a slight Australian twang in a couple of the words. The message left was this: "My name is James [Kaston?] and I'm calling regarding a [inaudible] **duction executed by the U.S. Treasury intending your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional attempt to avoid an initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. My number is 631-417-4561. I repeat, 631-417-4561. I would like you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Thank you."
