| Grangemouth is a town in east Stirlingshire and is part of the Falkirk council area, Scotland. The town lies in the Forth Valley, on the banks of the Firth of Forth, 3 miles (4.8 km) east of Falkirk, 5 miles (8.0 km) west of Bo'ness and 13 miles (20.9 km) south-east of Stirling. How long has this service been running and who is it for?
The service was created in 2011 in the Czech Republic. It is an online forum where the users can share their experience with phone numbers, both annoying (mostly telemarketing, surveys) and useful (e.g. couriers, offices)..
Since the beginning, the service has been received very well, which led to localization into more languages. Nowadays, the forum exists in more than 20 languages and 34 countries throughout the world.
The service is intended for anyone who wants to identify the owner of an unknown phone number. The creators of the forum have also recently created the mobile app Call Insider for Android phones. This app, which is connected to the database of the website number-lookup.co.uk, also allows users to automatically block telemarketing numbers.
The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) has tightened the guidelines for using headers and templates on the distributed ledger technology (DLT) platform as part of the new directions issued to telecom operators Friday.
Over the past week, WhatsApp users have been inundated with missed video and voice calls on the platform from a variety of country codes. This is the latest in phishing attempts by scammers that have left India's telecom industry scrambling to deal with ever-growing menace.
