Had serveral phone calls from this company (Aerial Direct), I have always been with O2 for about 10 years as a business account, but then change to a simm only contract, but watch out as this company is an O2 partner, but not a very good one, I have told them serveral times that I'm not interested, but now have been told I am there customer and not O2. God knows why and how they got my details. when they call you about your upgrade they say there name very quickly but also mention that they are looking after your account on behave of O2. So when you go back to upgrade with O2 you can't until your out of contract as your now with them. I'm really disappointed with O2.  Look on O2 community and there is loads of bad reviews about Aerial, I know that I'm not the only disappointed customer. But BEWARE when Aerial Direct call you. Make sure you stay with O2 and. It them.
