To curb the menace of phone users getting promotional messages from unregistered marketers, the telecom regulator has directed all mobile operators to reverify registered headers and message templates of telemarketers on the distributed ledger technologies (DLT) platform to ensure they are not misused.

This looks like a variation on the long running "computer virus" scam. There have been a number of posters reporting this version on several different numbers on here. No dobt they would require access to your computer to "fix" the router problem. The bottom line is no matter what story these cold callers come up with they should never be given remote access to your computer. Check out the Microsoft website for an explanationof the scam.
