Many of us now refuse to answer telephone calls from an unknown number, for fear that it could be a scam. And we dread receiving a text message, purportedly from our bank or a delivery firm, again due to concerns that it might be from fraudsters.

PPI - they claim to have sent you a letter in the post regarding your claim. Act surprised that you haven't received it and say they can deal with your application for compensation against any loads etc you have had over the phone now.
