I received a text asking to call this number and my first thought was that it must be a scam, so I decided to call their fraud number (from their website) 0845 7555 555 and after going through security they confirmed they had sent the texts and that someone had spent £90 on my debit card! Please call the number on Barclays' website if you are unsure. I did and I'm glad I did, as they are refunding me the£90 tomorrow.

What can the users learn about a number that is calling them?

Users can find the reviews of the phone number written by other users, the interest in the phone number in the last month and, if possible, its location (for landlines). Sometimes, there are no reviews for a given phone number. If, however, the page has e.g. a thousand views, it shows that it is most likely an annoying caller.
