I am called on my mobile by this number regularly about once every two weeks. Fortunately I am never near my phone at the time and it is recorded as a missed call. When I dial the number the Operator says ' the number you have dialled is vacant' . I have assumed it is a nuisance call & want to stop the calls which follow me abroad and cost me money.
