Strange computerised voice, didnt fool me at all. They are doing this to disguise people's accents, usually cheap labour in Indonesia, India, Pakistan, etc.
It told me (this must be the hundredth time I've heard it)that I had had an accident in the last 2 years. I said I hadn't but 'She' didnt want to know, however I told her the facts were I had a claim but no accident (so nobody was hurt !), my car was scratched in a dark car park, the guy in the car who did it left me his phone number on my windscreen, we spoke, he was a really good guy and his company insurance paid for everything including a loan car and my insurers AA were quite happy.
SO :- up your pipe if you (the gits who keep phoning me - I bet they read these messages) do as you say and TAKE MY NUMBER OFF YOUR DATA BASE
