Is the forum moderated?

I had two phone calls today from this number. After finding this website and seeing that this number wasn't on here, I decided to give them a call back. I was greeted by a foreign person saying it was a claims company, after saying I received two calls today and I don't need to make a claim and could they take me off my list there was a long pause and then I repeated myself and he said he would but didn't ask my name or anything. So I don't think they will take me off. Just another call to ignore lol
