| Hartlepool is a unitary authority area in the ceremonial county of County Durham, north-east England. In 2003 it had a resident population of 90,161. It borders the non-metropolitan county of County Durham to the north, Stockton-on-Tees to the south and Redcar and Cleveland to the south-east along the line of the River Tees. A robocall is a call that delivers pre-recorded messages through auto-dialing software to millions of people each day. If you answer your phone and hear a recorded message instead of a real person speaking, you are listening to a robocall.
Unsolicited call claiming to be BT checking that I have the best Internet service. First Indian voice impossible to understand. Second voice very clear but could not tell me my Internet provider when I asked. Disappeared when I asked for my customer reference number and when they could not, I suggested they were phishing.
