They phoned me today and gave some crap about me being entitled to a refund on a credit agreement that I had taken out and then asked me if I had taken one out in the last 12 years. Contradiction or what? I said that it was a PPI scam and he just put the phone down on me - guess that I was right!

Ringing me twice maybe three times a day, telling them I'm not interest, but still ringing. I've lost my temper with them and they just hang up, but ring back within a few hours.
