I live a quiet life… the unwanted phone calls irk me beyond words. So, needless to say I was pretty much annoyed when I started receiving about 4 calls per day from this number. Later I found out that the number belongs to Simply Outbound – a lifestyle survey company. A little research on the Internet revealed that they have a grievance cell number where you can lodge a complaint against these frequent calls and can even request to stop calling you. I took the opportunity and requested them to stop calling me. I have not received a single call since then. I am glad that I did not have to put up a fight with the callers or say something rude to make the calls stop. It ended in an amicable manner.
